thought I would post up the ribs I am making today.
Start with the rub:
Mix in a bowl Salt,Pepper,Cayenne Pepper, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder
I will be cooking these in a dutch oven. Usually I use charcole but today the weather sucks so we will be doing them in the oven. Turn the oven to 250 and throw the dutch oven in and let it get warm.
Now, unpack your ribs.
Peal off the membrane from the back of the ribs
Now, drizzle olive oil on them
and go ahead and rub in the rub we just made
Now, Cut up some fresh garlic and onions
Pull the dutch oven out and drizzle some olive oil on the bottom
Toss in the garlic and onion
And finally put the ribs on top
Put the lid on and check back in about 4 hours.
And just a sneak peak after about 2 hours in the oven.

Ok, now for the finishing touches
Fire up your BBQ. Try not to go to overboard
Now pull the ribs out of the oven. This is harder than it sounds. Make sure you use tongs and reach all the way under the ribs. If you try to grab it from the end, they will fall apart. These bad boys are tender. notice the meat coming off the bone already.
Drop them on the BBQ for 3-4 minutes and slather with your favorite BBQ sauce
Enjoy with a beer.
