IMHO I wouldnt rev the **** over 6800ish. It just doesnt make power. Turbo or NA.
Just think of the god awful stroke of the a6 making out with those pencil thin rods.
My boosted A6 is set to a 6700 rev-limit.

On a side note, I used to rev my original boosted A6 to 7k on a pretty regular basis. That engine lasted 2yrs on 7psi. On more than one occasion I ran 5th all the way to fuel cut on the freeway....ahhh good memories.

well i'm goin n/a and i'm deciding which cam to put in, and the stage 1 goes to redline and the stage 2 says it holds power to 7800 and i'm thinkin if i dont rev that high is it worthless to put the stage 2 cam in?
