Alright I got it to start with the jumper pulled but, it's rough, and it floods and dies and then I clear flood it with the pedal floored and it will start again, but its ugly, which I predicted, now onto fixing my chipping solder job I guess.

jumper in it floods which I'm thinking is limp mode so I just need to figure out why it's not reading the chip >:(

Plugged it into the GSR today and it runs like butter, dont know why it didnt like my car, oh well. :8
