I think it depends on what you are looking for. WRX's have a performance advantage, w2hereas rsx's look better imo and are more luxurious

exactly, i don`t really see the point of spending 10grand+ to buy a car that you are going to "modify" , might as well either save it or put it as a down payment to buy a new car/something better/a more reliable car

LOL, no they don't. They weigh more than RSX-S, and have about as much to the wheels.


Seriously... get off the uber-new kick and find an Infiniti J30. They were $45K new, IIRC, and can be had for silly cheap these days in really nice shape, less than half of what you think you want to spend. One of my friends has his in the 270K range and it still runs and drives perfectly, one of the few imports I'd own with an automatic transmission. I think you've come into a good job and are on the typical poor white trash spending kick, trying to "look" above your status, and all you're doing is digging yourself a hole. Exercise a little thrift and self-denial... J30 is way nicer and more luxurious than RSX or WRX, more reliable, and it won't be stolen every five minutes.

J30 has the 300zx N/A motor and is a nightmare to work on :X :X :X

I've always thought about trying out a vr6 golf, they are pretty quick and look alright. A local here puts down 325 hp with his boosted vr6 golf.
