I used to be fat. Its all about controling your matabolism and eating right. Dont drink pop/soda. Dont drink juice to quench your thirst drink water instead. Try mountain biking or any other arobic activity to loose the man **** (the girl usally likes having bigger ****). I dont really work out with weights i just do pull ups, sit ups and push ups. It dosent really put on bulk but builds dense strong muscle. kinda sleeper style I guess.

****, heres the deal. 30 mins on the mill every other day, dont drink soda, and cut to light beer, and dome snack late at night, youll start melting.
if you want to gain some mass, drink a protien shake after any excersise, and also,
start taking a multi vitamin if you dont already. trust me, it makes a world of difference just in the way you feel.

you got to get your metabolism up first, so that way.. you wont revert to your old man boob self.. so start by cardio.. wallking, running. for about 30 minutes 3times a week. then lift for strenght. its a start...
