basicly, but he is still told by court that he has to keep hondata code off of the site... and he didn't keep it off as quick as they wanted... so they are sueing again.

Their sales will decrease substantially no matter what happens with the case.

Internet is super powerful. Give this a few more days, and it will be all over the ------- internet.

Hondata is gona leave a bad taste in everyones mouth.

----, just check out the thread dave made on h-t. Honda Ricer capital of the world, or net at least. I'm sure they lost quiet a few potential customers already.

I can't think of anything that more people in this hobby have used, and never had to pay a dime for it. There probably won't be another time to donate to something as important as this.

lol, I was looking for that # earlier. I've seen over a dozen sites that are contributing to this already and I'm sure there's dozens more, Dave will be able to afford a Johnnie Cochran style lawyer.
