There are two different forms of bankruptcy available to private individuals.

I filed bankruptcy in 1991, less than a month later two of the places I filed on offered me credit again.

I filled chapter 7, which once discarded you cannot refile UNLESS it is under debt reorganization.

I'll be filing again in about 6 months, once child support is over.

Making 15k a year, over 100K in old debt due to loosing my house. Thank You HUD for ------- that up!
