my waggy handles out here well, just a little wide.
as far as leading the xj around, off road is like racing, i guess. you gotta take into account the driver skill, the capability of the rig (6" lift and big tires mean jack ----. that like some kid sayin " i got nos on my jdm kouki, touge racer") i got a buddy with a very midly modded xj (welded rear, 8" lift with shackes and coil spacers, no sway bars, and alot of beer) that leads rubicons around.

here ya go

this little p.o.s. XJ leads this front and rear locked 9"lifted tj around all day

Just the cummins dry, with no accessories weighs 980lbs, add the accessories, fill it with the 30L of fluids, plus HD drive train and you have your half ton difference. Oh and it has more power and gets better fuel mileage then your international. :1

- 35x12.50-a5 Dunlop Mud Rover tires.
- Rancho Cuchomonga 4" lift that came with it.
- D44 up front and a 12 bolt in the rear. 3.40 gears with open diffs = ------- pathetic.
- NP 205. I still have the NP 203 sitting around dreaming of building a doubler some day.
- TH350. I have the conversion shaft for t TH700R4. That low first gear would be a welcome addition with the craptastic gears and the NP205's relatively high low range gear ratio.
- Flat top piston 350 with crappy ass late 70s heads. It's a turd.
- Oh yeah, lots of rust.

:P

Alright, we need to get #1 MORE ACTION SHOTS up in this ----------er.

Also, we need CSaddict and Fook to post up... I know Dave has some excellent DIY fab and action pics squirrelled away, and last sighting of Fook he was full tilt into the offroad scene.

I'll see if I can get those sweet pics of the truck Mike Belben built.

I need to stop being broke in order to build a doubler nog. I think a set of 4.88 gears in the front and rear with a home built 700R4 would be a good start. I already have the Advance Adapters output shaft to do so, but I need monies to build the trans and buy some gears. Lol.

Full time Student FTL. :P
