You just have not worked on as many different cars as me in a manner in which I have. Doing audio work for12 years, I have taken just about everything apart and have seen how different mfg's vehicles last with normal wear and tear, not to mention the general fit and finish from the factory. Trust me, GM cars are not hight up on the list

I wasn't even gonna get into the "who actually has THE better interior" debate. I was just stating an opinion. I have worked on them all from the $13k malibus to the $60k Lexus' As much as I hate working on them, German vehicles have the best interiors. Both quality of materials and fit/finish. Why is it, that when somebody does not agree with you...you automatically attack Honda?? I know this is largely a Honda based crowd on this site, but when somebody has a differing opinion, it doesn't mean they are always supporting Honda in favor of what ever the other automobile in question is. In all honesty....when it comes to domestics, I guess I prefer Fords, but FoMoCo put bread on the table for me as a kid growing up.

VW has some of the shittiest interiors ive ever seen. especially the olderish ones.

I dunno the interior in newer VW's is really nice.Looks just like the Audi's which i guess its all the same thing really anyways.

well i should've said the new ones are pretty nice, but all new cars have nice interior, even the big three

domestic cars are all crap! yes I said it! hondas even though the only put out 90-240 hp, toyota, nissan, mitsubishi, hyhundai, German cars. they are still better than GM and ford, import engines are better design, interior are better looking, and suite the modern population better. more comfort, better looking. American cars more hp bigger engines, but its there for show. I think most Americans are in denial, and only buy ford and chevy to be patriotic. only my opinion. I am not anti American, every time I voiced my opinion on American cars I get told to go back to my country if hate America, its not about that, its about the cars.

Haha, I was replying and I got the "Warning...new post, blah blah blah" Yea, mostly newer German stuff is the best. Old Mercedes really held up well, at least the ones I have seen. Old Porsche stuff was not that great, neither were the v-dubs. The new VW, Audi, Mercedes stuff is put together really well and they use nice materials. I hate working on these cars cause they are really "tight", not only that, but they make it hard to integrate aftermarket products.

I wouldnt really say that.The big three have been making a big effort to improve there vehicles and have came a long ways.I just dont like the fact that GM was selective with what they put a effort into.The Cavalier was one of the worst built and worst designed cars put on the market in years.At the same time the Cadillac line up,most trucks etc appear to have alot of time put into the design assembly quality etc.When buying a car you should get the same quality and effort wether its the lowest price car in your line up or the top dollar model.
