that fmu should be fine. Although you should find out what the ratio of it is mine is a vortec unit. the ratio info will help you to tune or understand what is going on there at least..

I know of no place to but bult muffler pipe.. but most parts stores have a few different lengths of straight pipe.. For bends.... "you didnt here it from me" go to your local muffler shops and dig through there dumpster's.. they toss alot of new pipe "bad bends e.t.c.." this stuff is new and free for the taking..
I go to the monroe by my place and they keep a giant ile of it behind the shop.. soem of the higher end cars have mandrel bent pipes. so some digging for good bends is worthwhile. ::)

Go to your local auto parts store for exhaust piping. You wont need a whole bunch of it. It is inexpensive also. Use 2.5" before your intercooler, and use 3" after. You want the compressed air to flow forcefully into the intercooler, but the size of the pipe coming out doesnt matter as much.

Wtf is that stuff on ebay. Just go to midas or an exhaust shop and see if you can sweet talk your way into some bulk exhaust pipe. I was talking about aluminized steel, not fiberglass. I guess it would work, but it seems a little gay. You just have to find one exhaust shop where a manager is cool, and they can hook you up pretty phat. Most of the deals will most likely be back door. Especially if the manager is shady. If you are a good talker, you will get what you want.

Fiberglass/Plastic Pipe is really ghetto to use guys, its not that difficult to fab some charge pipes using some rubber/metal aluminized pipes, exhaust piping or just aluminum, whatever.

Im going to do what DSM said and get the 2 1/2'' and 3'' piping..I asked the guy and he said that they will have those sizes in stock and in bulk in the next week or too...For the 45 and 90 degree angles can I use brass or something different?
