could you swap in the type s spring in it....so it will actuate at lower boost?? will it still be loud as hell??

10 psi. Super 60. That BOV is sooooo loud. Even at very low, almost no boost it still blasts off.

that was done at 0 psi and below 3k rpm because of my launch control... I was able to drive it today and the BOV sounds like a huge explosion! It's what I would expect... it's very nice.

that sounds almost identical to my 1g dsm valve right there, its even got the little whine towards the end...

i thought that all BOV's stay closed at idle because there is not boost during idle.

boost, then the throttle plate is closed releaves the pressure in the intake tube then theres no pressure. If it were to stay open wouldnt dirty non filtered air get in there??
