why dont you do it the easy way and count how many times the LED on ur ecu blinks and then go to hondaswap.com and see which CEL your car is throwing

resolder your MAIN RELAY points, cheap and easy to fix, will fix the hard starts and make sure you have clean battery and chassis grounds everywhere.

my o2 sensor is bad and light will come on after it's been warming up AND the car isn't just idling, but during driving. you might wanna check that out.

yeah you don't need a scanner, this isn't ford.

since when is a 91 obd1, stock?

it keeps on blinking. I counted up to 50 then eyes hurt. what am i doing wrong. Counted with car on and ignition on please help

lol, it will pause inbetween codes, so count them in series

That would be a code 6 & 4

Wow, you were considering throwing a turbo on the car this weekend but you have no clue how to pull a CEL code.. think you need to rethink this ---- thru man.

thats the first thing to mind after reading " im turboing this weekend but i need a scanner for a cel first"

I'm not trying to be a dick, just pointing out the obvious. Pulling codes on OBD0 is the first damn thing I learned about hondas.
