id take a 2 liter ls/vtec over a h22a... gotta sleeve the h22 so u might as well spend that money on sleeves for the ls/vtech

D16Z6

Why?
#1 You already have it
#2 It's a direct bolt in swap
#3 It's cheap to replace
#4 D series ownz you
#5 Unless you plan on building the H22, you're going to blow that pile of ---- and end up spending lots of $$$$
#6 Stock D series last longer than built D series. You said so yourself. ;)
#7 Because I said so. :-*

Yeah but how much does it cost to put together an Ls/Vtec? I'm not talking these mythical deals of deals where people buy vtec heads for one dollar. I mean I can find the blocks for dirt cheap but I still need the vtec head and a trans. And if I build the motor H parts costs the same as B parts but the H is going to make more power in the end. The only thing is that I have to spend $375 on a mount kit but thats not really that big of a deal.

I think I'm going to keep the D just as a back up motor cause if you want to go fast you don't want to use a D. And plus an all motor H22 would be as fast as a turbo D and the prices would be the same. ;)
