LMK we'll work it out.
Dutch pug, that plenum looks really small, you need to think about flow characteristics or you'll be defeating the purpose of having the ITB's in the first place. LMK if you want to talk more on that subject.

Your vtec x-over looks kinda sad you loose 10 hp. probably with some tuning you can fix that keep up the good work... i have the stuff to build a d16 itb just never got around to it yet...

Pieter what kind of welder did you use for the welds on that manifold. Looks pretty good. I'm not sure a bigger plenum would have much more effect on a boosted engine though. On an NA can where a custom IM is used, a larger plenum would certainly be necessary.

@ trance,
The welder is a Rehm 160 mig, should have put the amps a bit higher for more smooth welds.
The engine is a TU5JP4 (1.6 16v), bought it on ebay a while a go to replace the 1.4 8v in my daily driver. It's closed deck and the head flows pretty well, so hope to make some nice numbers with it. I have the strong believe that it can take at least 15 psi ... we'll see.
Plan to have it installed in a couple of weeks, when I have I'll post some pics.
