I'm thinking about taking her up to 8k and seeing what she does. hey jeff, you out of everybody will be pleasantly surprised when the whole "secret" part comes out (which by the way everybody is going to be in the end of january, by then you will have all forgotten)

Jeff PM me if you can keep a secret

im guessing some zc pistons to raise compression and some nice port work are in there... what cam are you running?

stock y8 cam, stock pistons for now, I think I might build a High comp motor soon though, I'm leaning toward PG6B pistons (pre 88 A1) over the PM7/P29 pistons. the PG6B pistons are 1.5cc dome (less then the 7.5cc PM7/P29) but they have a piston to deck height of 0, whereas the PM7's will sit .5mm in the hole. I don't like the idea of combustion happening in the block instead of just the head. they will yeild approximately the same compression as the PM7's too, because of the extra .5mm compression height. the only thing I'm worried about are the valve reliefs on the PG6B's as they are only slightly there, I might have to machine them a little bit (which I wouldn't be opposed to) to run a decently aggressive cam (which I will need to make use of such high compression)

we'll see, I want to boost them first on the stock motor just so I can have had boosted ITB's (I've never seen that on a honda yet)
