Thats cool dude, I've been putting together some ideas for a go-kart when i get out of school. I'm going to use my CB700 nighthawk engine on it.. here is a link of one some guy built that is pretty cool.

Hansen makes it I think...I've been searching but I can't find much info on it, plus their site is down. even on 4cycle.com, there isn't much.

the only place i know of is a place out of south carolina i think. i will get with my buddy and see where he got it.

also, you say you are running a blockzilla block? are you aware the block alone is worth about 2 grand to the right person (someone who races go carts)

Actually on alky the fuel consumption is about double what you see on gasoline because of the low energy content of the alky and low theoretical oxygen requirement. Stoich mixture on methanol is about 8:1 AFR IIRC

naw, its not a blockzilla, its the Raptor II block(97-00). but yeah that blockzilla would be a nice base to start with if I wanted to go all out and build a nice new fresh motor!
