Too bad your brother didn't have a weapon to legally defend himself with. That's just chickenshit. It would have to be some pretty serious ---- for me to come at you with a baseball bat, like you killed one of my loved ones or you did something to horrible to someone that you deserved to die over it and I was going to spend my life in jail for taking your life. Nobody knows how to fight anymore.

he is fine, it happened a couple weeks ago but i just found out last night. i live 2.5hrs from him so we only talk to each other a couple times a month. i'm gonna call my Ma in the morning to see whats up
what sucks other than getting his head beat in is that he just got done w/ his associates degree and only started working 2 months ago, no insurance
ambulance ride, the staples and tetnaus shot, and a 36hrs stay in the hospital is going to be big $$$
