yeah fluxcore ---- sucks, but your problem is that youre holding the gun too far away, and its popping like ---- until you get it close enough, you need to chop the wire shorter, about 1/3 of an inch and keep it there and do little circles. oh yeah flux core sucks.

alright, here's my first piece of charge pipe, i haven't cleaned it up with the grinder yet, but i think it will look pretty good once i do, it' getting a lot easier for me and these bends seem to be thicker and easier to weld than that crap crush bend that i was practicing on.

looking better, but keep practicing...it will come.
When I weld with my MIG(without gas) I get like little balls all over. Am I using the wrong wire?
