What's the big deal with boring the seals out? I bored my stock 145K seals out with sand paper masking taped to a drill and my injectors sit flush and perfect.

agreed i bored mine out with a dremel sanding barrel on my old setup. took like 4 minutes a piece if that.

i have never bored them out, i always just tighten them down in, they always sit just fine.

those edges are kinda sharp. it happened to me once. i just tightened it down a little more, and twisted the injector
