Re: my dads a terrorist
Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
-Thomas Jefferson Sinister brings a good point, people are so consumed by preventing terrorism that they never stop to try and understand exactly what it is, like killing a snake because it tried to bite you without noticing that the only reason it did this is because you were stepping on its tail. |
Re: my dads a terrorist
There had to have been SOMETHING that made them think he was involved. You can't tell me they just saw a sand ------ walking down the street (your dad) and jumped his ---- about all that crazy ---- for no ------- reason? ::) WTF was your dad involved in to get himself in the situation in the first place? He had to have been ------- up somehow. :3

Re: my dads a terrorist
There was an association made between the Foreign Aid Agency he ran and Al Qaeda.
Supposedly. |
Re: my dads a terrorist
yea basically the relief agency he was working for was giving food, clothing, etc to muslims in chechnya and other countries that need the help, some of this aid made its way to groups sympathetic/associated with al qaeda and then bam, guilt by association. funny thing is a few years back when they found that bootcamp enrollment form it was strange because they found it in a cave in the middle of nowhere just sitting on the ground, and us special forces just happend to find it.
anyway, they just made an example out of them, they had to find them guilty or else there would be a huge outpouring of information regarding how he was tortured, how many other innocent people are being held, etc. plus the bush administration has used the so called "padilla plot" numerous times in their war on terror victory speaches, they would look stupid if people found out that wasn't real. if you thought they would be proven innocent just because they did nothing wrong you are naive, wonder why this was a jury trial but wasn't televised, meh who cares just hope the next president is ron paul, then he can appeal, :) |

In the United States of Christianity, that means go to jail, go directly to jail, do not collect $200, and while you're in there find Jesus. |
