youre on the wrong site if you think people here care about being different. honda tech has a nice appearence and cosmetic section you might enjoy.
and your going to compare building a honda to building a VW? sorry dude, honda will make more power for less money more reliably. so all it takes is pistons and rods in a 1.8t, what the ---- do you think is required to make 500WHP+ in honda? not to mention a 500whp honda will run circles around a 500whp vw

that's just off the top of my head, i just rolled out of bed. do i need to go on?

coil packs are no ------- problem if you change them out when your supposed to. I've never had a single problem and my latest 1.8t has over 100k on it. Also still on stock timing belt which is in great shape.
Also i think most would be willing to pay $250 for a spare key(which isnt what they cost) if it makes your car that much harder to steal. You dont see me having to wire up a kill switch.

Everybody knows your stock b16 sleeves are going to crack at 300whp

Well, some of those are 16-17 second cars, but I felt like being generous.

lol sure...im not defending 1.8ts at all. Just learn to respect all quality work. And those homemade intake manifolds on that vr6 are far from quality although i guess the whole point of this website is to be ghetto for the most part

oh, and how much is it on planet fucktard to get a new key cut and coded? shut the ---- up, before i really begin to open up on you. i promise you i will dance ------- circles around you on the mkiv platform. it's a piece of dogshit, bar none. my dd is a 340 whp 1.8t beetle, so i have a little bit of reference here.
before you say another word, post time slips, dyno sheets, or vids. if you can't, don't come back.
