I am going to check out that Internet fraud Web site. I am sending him a certified letter tomorrow or Friday saying I need my stuff or I need my money back and then I'm going to file a complaint if I don't hear back from him. I guess that's the limit of what I can do and hopefully he will either send the stuff or send me my money back.

Well, all good things come to an end. After sending an email warning that I was going to pursue this issue with the FBI and National White Collar Crime Center, I got a note saying it was going to be shipped and then a few hours later, I got the tracking information. Thanks for the advice guys.

A friend of mine had this happen once. He found out where the guy worked and started calling his boss and telling him what was going on, it was amazing how fast he got his parts in the mail after that. I guess the guy didn't want everybody at work to know he was a scum bag.

congratulations, that was close. like stated above though, most people intend on doing the right thing, they are just lazy and don't take the time to pack and ship. for future feference, i would only go through paypal, that way if there is a problem, you can get most of your money back.

Oh yeah, PayPal only now . . . this stuff really pissed me off, but I'm glad it's all over. It's really hard to explain to your wife that you just lost 290 on nothing . . it's hard enough to explain that I spent 290 on car parts
