Loosening some CV shafts

The ZC swap in my CRX got stopped by some stupid ass gook who tightened up my axles too tight. I Had a 3 foot long Snap on breaker bar, and a pipe for the floor jack (4ft) as a cheater pipe. Between me and my buddy both budging with the brakes fully engaged we could not break the 32 nut on the shaft :X. That ------- breaker bar was almost making a 90 degree curve by the time we called it quits.

My friend suggested heating the nut up with a torch and then trying again with the breaker bar. Out of all the Honda's I've worked on I've never had a nut this tight with the exception of all the crank bolts. Anyone have any suggestions/ideas that come to mind when trying this sort of ----? On a side note while disconnecting all the hoses/clips i noticed one of my motor mounts is missing a bolt:X

on the toughest one i`ve work on, i used a breaker bar with a 10ft+ cheater pipe, with someone step on the brake to crank it loose LOL.

I really doubted that the breaker bar was going to hold with the amount of force we were putting on it, a 6 foot long bar (including the cheater pipe) and 2 200 pound guys cranking at that ---- would just make the car move and groan in different places (brakes fully applied)

mine holded up, it was one of those made in china 2 feet braker bar from autozone :1. There`s just not enough room to push it down, so instead one of my friend had to hold it in the front and i had to "lift" the pipe lol

i remember first losening the axle nut on my wrecked civ, bitch was TIGHT like a virgin. 3', 1/2" dive snap on breaker bar + 215lb guy literally jumping on it. almost landed head-first onto the cement when it broke lose :X

Tried the lifting technique, we ended up lifting the car :X. Might try jumping on it next time, but most likely will just get the torch and have at it.

you are hitting the nut out of the slot in the axle right?...invest in some air tools nigga

Have all the air tools (for work) but no air compressor, nigga. When you find a ZC swap with full harness, ecu tranny and exhaust for 600 you cant pass it up and end up eating into your air compressor money. Only power tool i have at disposal at my house is my makita 3/8 impact, couldn't live life without it. I highly doubt a impact will loosen this ----------er since the crank bolt came loose with the breaker bar and no cheater pipe :X

a good gun is your best friend...ive taken them off with mine without even beating the nut out of the groove. the other thing ive done is wedge a pipe in between the lugs instead of trying to hold the breaks when youre doing it by hand
