looky what i found....
 

i found this in my motor today that i was replacing the heads on. its a chevy 350 4 bolt main with stock internals and a cam. bought it for 200 from a buddy. he couldnt figure out why it smoked. good thing is the pistons are stock and my dad has some i can use. this one is just replace my tired 305 till i get my other 350 built big. ill get a better picture of the piston tomorrow.

Yeah, most Hondas have a closed deck and lifters. :1

My old 88 chevy truck has 327,000 original miles on the original 305 engine. It's been smoking a little on start up so I put some new plugs in it, and it doesn't smoke at all now. Most reliable vehicle i've ever owned.

what pistons are you replacing with? and since you have it tore down that much you could throw in a new cam and lifters !!
or maybe money does not permit?

I think you should boost your 305 til it blows, swap in this 350 til it blows then throw in your built 350 :)
