Heck yeah, that thing took quite a bit of abuse.

Beau has had that b16 since high school, in fact he did his senior project on "how to do a b-series swap in a EF" with that same engine. It's been beat pretty hard over the years, and I'm pretty suprised it has even lasted this long, but I think its time beau wipes the dust of his c5 and get the 2.0l going for next year. ;)

not the drain line, look closer, thats the vacum line for the wg. oil drain prolly was like any other...

Sweet virgin b16a didnt know 33psi, 26 degrees of timing and 9500 launchs on stock valve springs was gonna be hitting it so hard. ;)

you forgot the part where he already blew this motor up once...think it broke the ringlands off every piston right?

I still say machine off the tops of the pistons and get her going again.

Nah, might take a little too much material out of 'em. I say bead blast off the oil residue, and hit the piston with the torch to flow the high spots down smooth. Massage the flycuts with a Dremel. Turn boost up higher, rev to 10K.
