Georgia has the "castle law." A crackhead broke into my dad's house a couple times. He asked the cop how far he was allowed to take it, and the cop told him "just remember you felt your life was endangered."

i think gun control is gay, because the only people that follow are the ones not doign anythign wrong in the first place so that just gives the criminals more power because they know others wont be armed. just like the "no gun" zones in schools. some nut job can just go pick people off with no worry of anybody firing back till the cops show up. horrible idea IMO.
know what you mean, i used to chip a decent amount of ecu's and make extra money doing it for people in town or sell them on ebay. when my house was robbed my Hakko 808 was taken along with spare ecu's that i would use for parts and enough digikey parts to make about 60 something chip kits. horrible feeling and would def do society a favor and drop somebody if it ever happened again.

i dont either. think about it, their criminals for a reason meaning they dont follow the laws. what would make them follow that one?
during hurricane katrina didnt they have some sort of firearm turnover to the police while things were crazy for those first few days? not sure if i remember right or not but i thought i had heard soemthing about that. i would think that would be the best time to own a gun, when people are looting and runnign around lawlessly.
