JUnkMOde Your oil lines SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

nobody buy junkmodes oil lines. they suck ass. his customer service sucks ------- dick too. first i order a T3 oil line kit. and the ------- fitting into the turbo doesnt fit. so i e-mail him. he tells me to go buy one and he will reimburse me. so whatever i just went and bought an adapter for 83 cents or something and he can ---- off.

well then i screw in the block fitting it ------- breaks. so i happen to have another tighten to 13lbs and it breaks. so jason aka FOOK brings me one from his house down the street. tighten to 13lbs it holds so i back it back out and put the plug and other fitting in. start to tighten it by hand and it ------- BREAKS. so then i say ---- stealthqueer.

so then i e-mail tunertoys and he says no problem i will send new fittings and some free t shirts. so his new fittings arrive here two days later and i sent the old ones back. oh yea got the shirts too. well the new fittings work.

so then onto fuckmodes oil return line. yea dickface you suck at life and should just call it quits with your junk ass ------- lines. or maybe start putting the right ---- into the packages. the bolts arent even the rigth ------- size.

anyways moral of the ------- story dont buy stealthmode oil lines.

P.S. If you want a quality oil line kit that will fit and not have to go buy parts for send me a message.

Well your story was pretty good until you hit that point. What company are you getting oil lines from? :l

I'd say that if Stealthmode has sold 100,000 oil line kits and you're the only guy with a sandy vagina, he's doing pretty good. :6

Now, back to the Stealthmode bashing. >:D I heard he fucks school girls. :7

Out of curiosity, what kind of turbo and motor do you have?

Does it say to tighten to 13ft. lbs? I always just put those in finger tight or so with plumbers tape. Something about that big chunk of metal ending that that little threaded part just screams SNAP! :l

Stealthmode is a child molester. :7

We just go to a local place called oil filter service and make them.

The issues we've had with the stealthmode products has been a huge pain in the ass. It's held us back from finishing this car 4 times now while we wait on stuff to be replaced or shipped again.

I think mike forgot to mention the problem, which was the return fitting on the turbo. Bolts were too small, and the holes in the fittings are of course going to be too small for the correct size bolt.

true, but at the same time, if you bought a complete oil line kit, why should you have to buy stuff...small point to be made. I think all-in-all the constant roadblock one oil line kit has been has just become too much of a huge pain in the ass.

3 block fittings, 1 feed line fitting, 1 return fitting, and two bolts later...we finally get a complete oil line set...i can understand the frustration.

yes it does say to go to 13 lb-ft...i was shocked really when it broke sooner, cause I usually tighten the ---- outta those things.

motor is a gsr block/b16 head and a t3/t04e sized similarly to an sc61. It's a garrett too, not some chinese ching chong ----.

You guys must have got a bad batch of luck with his ----. I've never heard of this sort of constant shitty luck with anything. yes they are tunertoys fittings. but guess what i ordered the whole kit from stealthmode. so he should be taking care of it. he said go buy the parts and i will reimburse you. besides you couldnt afford me.

Seriously if you break 2 stainless fittings than you obviously don't know how to use a torque wrench. ::) His kits aren't douchebag-proof obviously was the problem in your case. Re: JUnkMOde Your oil lines SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

I thing he broke the fitting/bolt at 13 Ft Lbs because he used the wrong torque wrench. I've found out that one of the torque wrenches that click when the torque settings is reached do not click at such low setting (13 Ft Lbs). I'm referring to the 10-150 Ft Lbs AmPro torque wrench sold by Advance Auto. It is just not that sensitive at such low settings, and if you are not careful, the damn bolt/fasterner will break. I used one to tighten some spark plugs and common sense told be something was wrong when it was taking forever to click at a setting of 10 Ft Lbs. A torque wrench (one that clicks) with a setting of 1-75 Ft Lbs is the appropriate tool for such low torque specification.

I will conclude that the failure of the oil line fittings has nothing to do with the quality of the product, and blames the user for not using the appropriate tool to install/tighten said product.

MikeJ-2009 04-10-2006 09:52 PM

Re: JUnkMOde Your oil lines SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you ready? Are you?

It seems that a couple turbo manufacturers have changed the inlet thread size of their new T3 turbos to 1/4 inlet instead of the 1/8 that has been on every T3 since 1867. Along with this change, the drain flange mounting bolts are a different thread. The drain flange is the same, but the thread size of the bolts isn't. Here is what my website says about the T3 kit you ordered.

PLEASE READ THE TEXT BELOW CAREFULLY WHEN SELECTING THE PROPER OIL LINE KIT

14B (Tdo4h) Turbo Oil Line
14B uses a M12x1.25 thread size for the oil inlet. The drain flange from center to center mounting bolts measures 38mm. This kit does not come with the mounting bolts to bolt the drain flange onto the turbo. There are many different sizes used on different variations of the 14B, leaving us to choose not to carry them.

T25 Turbo Oil Line
T25 kit uses a 7/16 thread size for the oil inlet. The drain flange from center to center mounting bolts measures 44mm.

T3/T4 Turbo Oil Line
T3/T4 kit uses a 1/8 thread size for the oil inlet. The drain flange from center to center mounting bolts measures 50.8 mm.
So to begin with, you didn't double check your turbo or order the correct kit. I haven't reconfigured the options for buying T3 oil line kits on my site, but regardless, you weren't paying attention.
When you told me of this, I told you exactly what I did every time I've run into these new turbo dimensions. I went to Home Depot and bought the $3 of parts to fix the problem. I offered to pay for the parts that you could pick up locally in a matter of 30 minutes, but obviously you'd rather have me go to home depot and ship them for you. That takes more time for you to get them, and cost more to ship them. All because you weren't reading in the first place. I told you to buy them locally and let me know how much it was exactly, and the next thing I hear about it is this post. lol.
All customers that don't order the right parts are taken care of. I've had people that ordered a T25 kit and really had a T3, or ordered a 14B kit and just wanted to trade in the parts a year later (unused) for the turbo they ended up using. The only customers that don't get things taken care of are ones with attitudes like yours.

The block fitting:
Recently Tunertoys made a batch of block fittings for Nissan? guys or something like that. The change from the regular to those was that the port was opened up to a larger diameter. Larger diameter = less meat for the threads when going into the block. Somehow I got a couple of these "special" ones" when I ordered from Tunertoys. That whole mess is now cleared up, but that was the reason the block fitting broke. I'm glad you got taken care of by Tunertoys.

So that's the jist of this whole thing. I've given more ---- away, did too many favors I didn't have to, and had how many years of flawless selling. I've had little issues just like everyone, but the reason you don't hear about them is because of the way I handle them.

I don't remember what took 3 times to get the order right, but I know I just took a used oil line in that cracked in a spot that it shouldn't have. It's no problem. I don't send that ---- back to my supplier, I just eat it. That's why my reputation is the way it is.

For a couple months now I have been sending out my own orders. Tunertoys is still my top distributor, and it doesn't matter either way who sent it out.

In closing, my reputation speaks for itself. While others come and go, or never come at all, I've been here for years and years, had an oil line "company" make another company specifically to take me out, and in the end I'm still here, getting bigger and bigger. One guy with no English composition isn't going to change that. Say what you will, where you will, and how you will. It's entertaining to me. :)
