I bought my DA completely running for $400. Turbo'd it and sold it to Colin (snabfxu) for $1100. He put $300 worth of intercooler and ---- on it and sold it for $2000.

Re: integras....

aight man, you should pick a project and go with it, changing minds every 2 weeks will get you nowhere.

I've had both an 88 hatch and now a 92 DA. The integra handles 20 times better, the hatch felt lighter and more fun to drive. The hatch with the same engine and setup will be faster than the integra. If you can't keep all 3 cars, then don't get the new one. Finish the hatch. If you can get good money and are willing to sell the hatch, go for it. You might be sorry about selling the hatch later on, if you don't like the integra. It's your decision. I would keep the project going and finish it.

I had a 90 rex dx and i recently bought a 92 DA both were clean i liked the crx but it was slow stock of course the d is the way to go when ballin on a budget but i love my da it handles so much better. strut connecters lower rear tie bar and power steering you can thow that ---- around like a rag doll and it wont lose grip or slide. Sides it comes stock with a b series. im gonna end up swapping out for a b16 anyways but still if i didnt want to spend all the cash on the new motor i would boost the ls

I've got a 90 integra, its a 4-door but i still like it. I got it for $600 it had 180k on the clock, that was when i was sixteen. i drove it everyday until i got my del sol done and now I just drive it in the winter. I love the integra feels real good drivin, i beat the hell out of it for the last 35k and it is still runnin like a champ. i like it so much that last time i drove it i got a speeding ticket for 53 over.

Way to play off the GSR as a beater. A one owner, female owned, clean, stock, rare, incredibly maintained... beater :S
