night checking mine i noticed it went up and called the companies on it, ask how come it went up,they said cuz the feds raised it.I told them that it was for new loans only and not exitising loans (big pause) well anyway after arguing a few min. he said your right and lowered it back down to the orignal 7% money saved means more for my car
GD big companys always trying to rip off the little guy,

I've had an extra phone bill a while back, also a computer 'mistake', yeah right.

Another thing that still pisses me off:
Two years ago at work we got a new collegue (transfered from another office, same company, had the same job), after the first paycheck the guy told us there was a mistake with his, he didn't get the normal wage. So I checked mine, but everything seemed ok. Turned out our manager didn't pay us what we should get for our job... We never noticed it before because the manager hired all of us and told us what our wage would be... the ----------er. Our manager said it was just a little mistake... well the MF just tried to get up higher in the company by making more money in his departement
Anyway, eventually we all got the wage we deserved and the money the MF 'stole' from us.

It's just a GD shame you have to check everything yourself or else they will rip you off
