Why would josh sell the rims for 650 on honda-tech after he sold them to his buddy for 650?

Think about it, hes not making any more money, infact he'd be loosing money if he has to pay shipping. This leads me to believe that selling them on honda-tech was solely to scam someone, he never intended the ship the rims and they probly never will be. Code blue, you are basicly stuck unless you either find out where he lives (chevy this is where you come in) or you can some how get the police in on this.
