I told josh yesterday he should probably call up Derek and re-inform him of this transaction they made. Since Derek claimed to know nothing about it when I talked to him. Josh said Derek knows, and he's just lying saying he doesn't know about it. Josh’s words to me
"You don't know how the transaction went down. There’s only four people who know how it went and they're not going to tell you anything because it's none of your business."
I think Derek is in on it, and I can totally see him faking the funk. Because he doesn't care if I like him or dislike him. Or if I’m mad at him. And since he didn't make the sale, nobody else is mad at him either. Works pretty well for him.
I know of one other person for sure that's in on it besides josh. Josh, his friend, Derek most likely and if I had to take a guess I’d say it's Nate too since that's the address josh was using for this sale
The plot thickens lol...

1. yes i'm a friend, and i live with the guy. so no, i will not be giving out our address. sorry. i don't feel like having e-thugs show up threatening to beat up my roomate.
2. i've been hassling him all week about it. but i can't physically force him to ship the wheels. and i can't make him refund the money either. all i can do is get on his case about it and have him get mad at me for getting into business that isn't mine. (and that's always fun)

and i know i'm gonna hear about it when he reads this nice little addition that pat posted up. but whatever. i'll take it, because it frustrates me that he can't just be honest with people. but oh well. i'm out of the loop as to what really happened with this situation. all i get is lil stuff that i find out.
