well most guys upgrade to a 13b but still run the carb setup...i gues it in some points its better than efi..where i dont know but iv seen many first gen with carb'd 13b's..i like old school jap cars so this and my Z are just fine for me

13b swaps are very doable, and can be had complete for like $1500 (trans, wiring, ecu, injectors, etc)
