I haven't heard anyone have problems with stuff falling out, I make them so they can sit vertical as well and the bowls are put really deep so you can get alot of tobacco in them. I can make yours either way just let me know. I won't rush it. I got them down to the T now. I made around 25 of them and I take pride in the craftsmanship of each one.
