Take a 90 anything (cept93, no forged there) fox body, add junkyard turbo's, add 10pnds of boost, then spend as much time tuning it as most honda guy's do, and watch it *** rape your moped powered toboggen all fuken day......reliable, still good on gas...and oh what's that? Rear wheel Drive as the good lord intended...? And as for everyone else that now thinks im a no toothed V8 loving hillbilly, well i am, but i still enjoy my great on gas, fun to drive reliable civic so eat a dick.....
I am talking from what I see with my own eyes. domestic cars are great for short blasts of power, but run them for too long and the break just like a d15 on 40 psi of boost on a gt40. I wish I had a stat for the most cars towed in europe for engine failure, they are mostly AMERICAN brand cars they try to show off and bam! they broke.
I have a lot of respect for old school domestic cars so get your ---- straight before you talk. the new ---- is all garbage and I stand strong to that. so take how you want it. domestics are overrated, I sure love the trucks though.
I am done!

With a few exceptions most new "muscle" cars are shitty. Like the gto, sad. Now c5 and c6 i wont say anything about cuz my modded civic is only a little bit faster than a c5 and just cant catch a c6 on the highway

ls7 motor is more reliable than your built turbo 4 banger honda motor by about 5000x.
high powered low revving motors are always more reliable than high revving high powered motors, there is much less stress on everything in low rpms. this is mostly true on V type engines and not inline.
but a 500hp turbo inline 4 banger engine will NOT last as long as a 4800 redline 500hp big block. and thats just the plain truth

gotta agree there but the high reving high horse power 4-bangers are fun while they last but it is possible to get reliabilty and big power out of a 4cyl application.

WALTER, just tell them each has its advantages and disadvantages, your honda would wax the HUGE powerful RWD german platforms in an auto-x, and even compared to the more costly audi a4, base model golf and jettas, will take them in straight line, road coarse, whatever. just have to have in perspective apples versus apples. there is no right or wrong answer, its all opinion, and what you plan to do w/ the car you are doing it with. no need to argue like these meatheads are.
