Their top speed is only supposed to be like 105 or so.. so I can see why it couldnt keep up anymore lol :P

I'm pretty sure I've decided on the Suzuki SV650. It's fuel injected, great power band, good fuel efficiency, I really like the way the "naked" model looks, and I haven't read a bad thing about them yet.

All the "popular" 600cc bikes in this area seem to be going for not much less than $1500 under MSRP. It's kind of ridiculous seeing we only get about 4 months of riding weather. I don't have $4000-6000 to throw on a bike and I don't really want a "well I dropped it a couple of times and its a 1992 so I'll sell it for $3500" popular 600cc. I'm talking with someone right now for a 2000 SV650 for $2500. Only problem is its red and I kind of wish it was any of the other colors....

i think you'll be happy with an sv650 for a while, it doesn't have all the power off a regular 600, but its a whole hell of a lot better then a ninja 250...and thats a pretty decent price for a 2000

The company i work for builds a 3.0L two stroke. But its not for a bike.
