I'm actually doing fairly decent. Next buying a new car with cash. Lets see how much stealerships are willing to bend over to make a buck.

So far I haven't had much luck. They are trying to act like cars are selling.....as stated in this thread(I think) a dealership actually turned down letting me drive a car because I wasn't going to buy today. ------- idiot.

No, they doubted a dirty hippie had the money to buy on any day. That was just a convenient excuse to send you on your way.

Next time I buy from a dealership, I'm going to walk in as a dirty hippy hobo who smells like curry.

Whoever isn't the douche gets the money.

Yeah, sad thing is I have more expendable cash than half the people in that dealership. Net worth, nah, I don't have as much as some 45 year old with a job, a car, a house, and a failing 401k, but who can get the most cash in 3 days without selling something, I'd win against most ********. Hell, 2008 I've paid off several thousand dollars in school ---- alone. Next year alone I should be able to save enough to put a nice chunk of change down on a house. They should try to get my business. Young guy, with a job, and no expenses. Awful guy to try to sell a car to.

I know the feeling.

I have money. I have a stable job, income, and no monthly expenses/loans/whatever. Yet, can't get a house because my score is a few points too low due to ---- years ago.

I shoulda got one when they were handing out mortgages to anyone that could sign a piece of paper.

Every top car salesman has that opinion. Most of them watch you come into the lot and grade you before you open the door, and make about a third of what the 1-2 top sales guys do.

You should go work at your momma's nail shop, im sure she'd pay you better than what you're making.

Or you can work at the intergalactic space travler-mobile dealership, since youre obviously a pro at that.
