Re:How to break out of depression?
i felt really depressed ever since i came here(the US), knowing no body/no ----/nothing/no$$/no girl/no friends/no one that i can talk to/feeling like i am absolutely alone. i just learned to deal with it.
but there`s a few times i got really drunk broke down an Cried like a baby and told my friends everything (in a birthday party )
you really needed someone to talk to, someone you trusted.
i don`t think you can( as leat i don`t) laid all that ---- out to a girl tho. :P
as you started to talk to someone about it, you might still feel all depress but as least it doesn`t build up as bad.
fine someone to talk to in PERSON, not over the NET.

"We usually get what we expect in life, so always expect the best." it seems to me like youre not giving yourself a chance to try new things. Do yourself a favor and change your mind set on things. it may sounds stupid but it works
Changing your mind set on things can help a lot. Instead of dwelling over things in the past or about something that recently happend, set some goals for yourself, do the things you like, meet new people, etc... Start thinking about yourself and what you want out of life and then go for it. Try to realize that things could always be worse and be thankful for what you have. You can do anything you want if you put your mind to it. I started thinking this way not too long ago and I am a much happier person because of it.
