I've gone through some down times with the move and starting a life in a new (cold) place, but you just can't dwell on it. Find something you like to do, and do it. Even if you don't get paid.

all you have to do is find your "escape". so where you aren't thinking of anything... cars is my "escape"

Nah, I was asking you. If you go to a chiropractor they could probably take care of most of your pain by aligning you. My doctor also gives out "natural medicine", which sounds kooky but it works.
