Oh man. I didn't know you lived in San Diego. I'm a Daygo native myself. What part of Diego did you used to live? Man, I give you props for finally moving out of this scandalous city. I feel you, bro. I've been in too much drama in this **** that I realized that I DO need to move my family and me somewhere else.
But you were also right about the job part. I started myself in selling insurance and helping with investments with a huge company so that I can save up to get out of debt and be free from the Navy and all the other bullshit that the Corporate World throws at me.

P.S. If you get a chance to see how them Texas girls are, let me know. I have been told about how wild they are over there...
