urgent help....wiring diagram for 70 Chevy
I got a 70 chevy C-10 from a buddy for free. no keys though. just a title and the truck. so I went and bought a cheap $10 ign from auto zone(the thing that you put your key into), and I was just courious if anyone has a wiring diagram, or a good source of info. I searched yahoo and google and nothing. just ---- to buy. I tried to trace it, but the wires were cut under the hood, and re-wired with all the same color wire, then all taped together. if someone has the color code for where it ties into the the ign at the dash that would be perfect.

Im selling the truck to fund my car projects...with that said the truck is for sale. make offers. I dont have any pictures, won't ship it,(im in eastern NC) and it needs a tranny. it has a strong 350. its homemade 4X4.(welded 2 frames together) it would make an awsome mud truck, parts go getter, farm truck, whatever. Im not expecting much out of it. $5-600.

holler at your local car audio shop. if they do remote starts they can get you a print out of the wiring for the ignition switch. i can remember some of them but you need to verify. i may be wrong on some of these as it has been almost 3 years since i did a remote start on a GM.
