Honda Beat rip off on Ebay - may need your help
 

Just won an auction for a Honda Beat, that is aparently located in BC. I managed to be one of about 4 bidders on the car and eventually won it with a high bid of $305.00.

Anyway, that was 3 nights ago and after sending the seller about 8 emails, I have yet to hear a response from him.
I realize that he likely won't sell me the car at a huge loss (I know I wouldn't), so he's not replying. I'm going to give him a couple more days to reply and if not, I will post his email and mailing address for all of you guys to ruin him in true Homemadeturbo.com style.

Looks like a good deal.

Legally he has to sell it to you, but he probably won't.

One time I won an auction for some brand new SRP 9:1 20 over d-series pistons for $100! I was so pumped, until the guy told me that he wouldn't sell them for that cheap because it's too much of a loss. All I could do was file with eBay and leave negative feedback.
