You're still gonna need the cryo treatment as well as a manual tranny cooler.

EX models were not Vtec ::) EX models in the CB7 era came with f22a6's. SOHC Non-Vtec. Kicked the crap out of the f22a1's but not Vtec by any means.

so.

now damnit, go read! you say you rebuilt it, but clarify with what? was it high compression pistons, low compression, h-beams? what? if you have NA in it, you will ---- it up, especially since you dont know how to tune.

Ive been researching turboing an F22A for a bit...and these are a few links to read up on. Ive got a new prelude with two F22A blocks. Read these links before posting anymore.....it'll save you from the newb bashing that goes on here

Read up and use the https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...ish/search.gif button before you buy anything more. I found these links with only about 15min of searching

Also read up on the Engine management forum... A sucessfull turbo setup will depend on good managment....plan on using a standalone (still researching what would be best for f22)

uhhhh, i now see why you already went through 3 engines. dont rush into turboing your car. you have a LOT to learn. just read everything. after a while youll be able to filter out bullshit from ---- that makes sense. once again i would strongly advise you to wait and research a lot more before you touch your car again.
