read the way he wrote it here again, I think he means they are lower compression pistons, that will take the higher compression of forced induction.

the dsm manifold won't fit your car, isn't your's the EX model? vtec right? if you answer yes, then you're fucked

Just drill and tap the holes for the evo manifold. screw modding the manifold. Just mod your head. Plus it'll fit better and won't look so ghetto. Aluminium is easier to drill through then cast iron.

yes they are lower compression. and i have blown my engine 3 times so i know what i can push out my car. this is a completely new engine and the turbo will work perfectly with it. but its not vtec

If it doesn't have vtec, the turbo won't work with it. You need vtax first.

i just though of something. will the tranny be able to handle the horsepower that i put on it.

vtec is basically like a factory management system for a turbo. All you need other than that is an fmu and then you can get it to work.

You need to have the gears in your tranny shot-peened and hardened before you even think about using it on a turbo motor. Some people like to use cryo-treatment on them as well.

The trans will be fine but you'll need a new clutch...And don't drill into your head you may hit a water or oil jacket. It's not worth it, And the Manifold will fit fine redrilled it's only three spots that need drilled anyway.

Vtec isn't needed. I'm just surprised you didn't catch on that they're just ------- with you a little man.
Do some search's and read up .

It's not that hard once you get it but you still have to learn the basic's
The f22 is a strong motor and can take some boost so you should be fine.

...Look into Neptune UberData or Crome for engine management really all you need to do for tuning is buy a chipped ecu from exenocron or how ever you spell his robot on transformers sounding name and then just find a shop that does tuning they will use whatever software they are most familiar with and then you don't have to worry about it.
