Its funny when people who don't understand working dogs, they think its cruel to work'em! LoL...

I love my dogs and respect them more so than most humans, but I certaintly don't humanize them and assign them human emotions. At the end of the day they're still dogs.

I made the mistake of letting my sister/mother name the dog. Jizz would have been much cooler.

Good looking dog by the way, it's not an APBT is it? Looks a bit more "bully". Mine has a few more months to grow height-wise, then will finally start to fill out. WTF is he in front of? a cdm bag of rice?

The registered name is JarHead Jizza of Emerald Hills, AKA "Jizz," "Jizzy." When I tell people his name, they are like, "WTF? your kidding right?"
Me and my wife where talking the other day how funny its gonna be if/when we can trial him in a Schutzhund event, because they announce the dog's name over the intercom.

The little guy is an American Bulldog.

Thanks, I started feeding her Buffalo Blue instead of Science Diet and her coat stopped getting greasy looking a few days after her baths. Stays shiny now.

They recently had a APBT get one of the highest (or highest, I don't know the scale) schutzund certification. The Denise lady (Pit Bull Placebo writer) was trying to be the first APBT to get it so I'm sure she was upset. I contacted a schutzund group near here, the guy replied that it's virtually all german shepherds (understandable) but they've had an APBT before that did well and he gave me his cell phone num and seemed to have no problem with an APBT joining the crowd. I need to finish getting all her basic obedience down before I get into bitework though, she is fine until someone else is around, then she's too excited and isn't as prompt to following commands, but she's getting better.

You've probably seen me on pitbullforum, I haven't been to the other one.
