actually im gonna spring for a set of Suzuki Vitara pistons and aftermarket rods. Vitara pistons handle about 15-20 psi and they have free floating wrist pins so you can use aftermarket D series rods with them with no modifications :)

it has 2 holes in the front of it, one of them "I" shaped like the cross-section of a rod. it's neat

yeah, I would have been really suprised if that aluminum block could withhold those pistons flying apart.
