Re: HMT recipe II: Deep Fried ice cream
its expecialy dangerous if theres a hole in the batter and it gets to the ice cream. nothing like waterbased liquid in a fryer, hot greese poping and spraying out everywhere. guess that kinda should be mentioned to people who havent used fryers to much

I love fried ice cream.
another cook is about to jack the thread. try this one too. (for us fat ***** out there)
Wrap a snickers in a corn tortilla (or eggwash and breadcrumbs-probably a better idea), freeze for 1-2 hours.
Fry in oil (like you did with the ice cream) for 5-10 sec.
Dip in ice cream while you eat it.
ahhh, way too many late nights at a pizza restaurant .
end threadjack.

I had that ---- @ El Toro's down here @ school.
Tasted like corn flakes and toasted Coconut. The size of a 12inch softball, sitting in a filo-dough bowl in with honey on the bottom and whipped cream/chocolate syrup on top.
I nearly ---- my pants.
