i hope that was with the gm8 and not the gt35r 21 psi with a gt35r should be well over 400, closer to 500whp, even with 81mm bore and 7.xx:1 compression. good job hotrex

i wouldn't really call 18° at 19 psi 'too' conservative, not over agressive, but not really conservative.

The GM8 never got close to 250 according to the data that I posted (previous page).

Who rebuilt the head and what was done? Were old valves with bad margins used? Good valves lapped and thrown back in? Was a leakdown test ever done?

the more I read on other forums about the GT35R it does seem low now. Did you ever compression check and do leak down after a couple hundred miles of driving?

at 390WHP that car should be trapping 120 easily.

and engrish it be if important very. i mad 297hp and 298 tq in my Z on a mustang dyno and ran a 12.7 with a 2.0 60ft and a 110 trap, the car weighs 3600lbs without me. bitches. and the only mod was a boost controller/exhaust

That probably explains a big portion of it. Stick a vacuum gauge on the intake manifold and you'll probably find out that you have bad seating:
