But RAWR is rite. HMT will never be the same again. That was a diferent time when HMT was new and we were all(well most of us) learning. I would of never turboed my car otherwise and thats what was special. I have to be honest and admit that I really dont contribute much anywhere other than bullshiting on GD forum. Why do I come here? Because I'm used to it I guess
I have to agree 100% with this. When I first found this site I more or less stumbled onto it by accident trying to find more info after reading an old-*** Honda Tuning magazine that showed Greg Leone sporting a home-made 14b setup on a stock z6. The rest has been history. It was a different time, not alot of people knew much about turbo builds on honda's, and everything was alot quieter. Hell, at that time the member count was still way below 50, and look at HMT now. Back then you didn't have to deal with mods deleting alot of posts or banning people because of plain out douche-baggery. And even though this site has always been known for it's free speach aspect, there is a line that most of the time never was crossed back then like it is on a regular basis today. I agree with Jeff on this...it does need to tone down.
Just my .02 even though it doesn't have much to do with the GD forum :P

OG members/members with tons of posts set the tone for the site. Read that as you would like.

Johhny, why are you being so ANTI HMT recently? What the ----. ---- will resolve itself over time, stop getting so fussy.

With no GD I also would rarely be on here. There is the occasional thread that I contribute to in the other sections, but everyone spends their time in teh GD.

HMT is not what it used to be. The innovative projects just aren't around anymore. You really don't see any neat projects like you used to. Also the free speech thing really changed since Johnny now bans and locks anything he doesn't agree with.

Hopefully it gets better, racism used to be funny now its just annoying. I really stopped posting like I used to. I hope this place becomes fun again.
