I've been through 2 2g's and one galant. I've had my share of them. I'm done with them (for now ugh).

That said, it certainly looks nice.

HOLY ----!!! THAT FD SAT IN MY DRIVEWAY FOR 6 MONTHS!!! The guy that bought it from my brother just emailed us the fotos of the finished product! Funny that it should end up posted on hmt.

I hated that car because I had to push it around the driveway anytime we got another mr2. :1

And the hate is appreciated as well :y If the only thing you have against my car is my bolt on turbo (not a 16g and I own nothing SBR), then maybe you can show some love when I put this on this winter, and hang either a BW S258 or S362 off it! I'm slowly acquiring the parts for the new setup, and so far I have the SLS T3 manifold, the Tial 44mm wastegate, and the 4" intake. Still need to purchase the turbo, and whatever flanges and extra exhaust piping I'll need to route my current downpipe up to the new turbo, and the WG dump.

That's good. Now you have the right idea.

Just gotta hate to make sure you aren't another stupid cliche DSMer that swings from FP and MHI's collective nuts.

Dood: Shut ur cocktrap. I think after posting 10+ times about how bad you hate Mitsu's we get the ------- point. Just because you're not a skilled enough mechanic to maintain one doesn't mean that there aren't others that can. Talking about how dumb DSM owners are is a moot point. There are dumb owners in every car brand. The Mitsu sucks debate is beaten into the ground, so instead of tireless posting about how bad DSM's are maybe you could just hold your tongue.

Of course a DSM can be a pain to take care of, just like any other 15 year-old cars that have been beaten mercilessly with little to no maintenance. There is no denying that the 6 bolt is a great platform if taken care of and not manhandled by a 17 year-old who vents his bov on the stock maf and boosts 20psi on stock components.

AWD+turbo is a wonderful thing and you're a retard to state otherwise. You are correct that Mitsu engineers smoked copious amounts of JDM crystal meth and made some dumb decisions with the inner workings of the components, but they created a gem with the 4G, and that too is correct. A properly maintained DSM that hasn't been duct taped and zip tied together is very fun indeed. Also, wtf is wrong with 16g's and bolt on 50 trims?

Ya that FD will hopefully put down some serious numbers! Myself and Austin sponsored it by doing the powder coating for them.

I just lol'd harder at that than at the rest of your post. And yet you wonder why I constantly have to remind idiots how much these cars and their owners suck.

You're a dumbass, plain and simple. The 4G63 is a work of hope-and-pray-nothing-breaks-while-under-warrenty art. It's strong and that's all it is. It isn't powerful, well designed, innovative, amazing, special, etc. It's just strong. And retards like yourself think that because you can throw 9230849021348-93201489202390418-321904j12390d48-9m-s92psi of boost into a stock motor, it must be the most amazing motor ever produced.

The 6 bolt is also a shitty platform. It doesn't make power, the head doesn't flow for ----, the compression is too low, and at the end of the day it's still stuck in a garbage DSM. The 7 bolt is a marginal improvement, but then you run into that little crankwalk issue.
