I highly doubt the black kid kept his mouth shut when those white kids harassed him. I'm sure he had somethin smart to say.

And as for black people saying something and doing something else, that's an even bigger generalization than the ones even I made. Maybe you don't see it where you live, but I see people getting "jumped" every day - and it's not white people doing the "jumping". I don't have blind hatred for black people, but when you live in a town like mine where every black guy thinks he's the hottest ---- since tookie...well it gets on your nerves.

I'm only racist against people who can't mind their own business and leave me the ---- alone. I don't have a problem with anybody until they have a problem with me. Problem is, a lot of people in this town, in this world, have a problem with me because I'm white or because I'm opinionated.

I still say they got way more time than they deserved...the kid is still alive and even forgave them, making an example out of these kids doesn't prove ---- to me - ----, it doesn't even make sense since this type of crime isn't all that common. Atleast nowhere near as common as others that are a bigger problem than this.

Nightmonkey tell me where you live and what kind of neigborhood your in. You make it sound like your the only white person in a ghetto. I've lived in the ghetto with whites and the only ones that get harrassed are the ones who harrassed other people. Black people aren't going to jump you for no reason unless you start ---- with them. They prob talk ---- to you but they don't go jumping and beating you up. Well maybe if you have nice shoes but anyways my experience in the ghetto back in jeresy fights only cause if you called them a ------, ---- wit there girl, money, or kill there friends. And if you live in the ghetto thats your own fault if you feel threaten because its an evironment were only the strong survive. and if you don't and you just live near there get the ---- away from there lol.

Im not giving you a hard time i just think you might be thinking the wrong thing on how the black over there our precieved. People normal are afraid of things they dont understand. And me being black and knowing how blacks are im just to get you to understand.

To presume he provoked them because of his skin color shows you're completely ignorant, if not borderline retarded. It was an act of hatred and racism, something our country supposedly frowns upon. I hope those kids get with the deserve in prison and come out bitches.

He knew damn good and well why they were beating him, and he probably had a hand in provoking it.

Plain stupid...right. I never said they were innocent, clearly they're not since they pleaded guilty. You're putting words in my mouth. I'm sure the white kids made the first remark but he probably nailed his own coffin shut by having a smartass comment in reply. The whole situation probably could have been avoided, but there's no saying what actually went on...it's all speculation.

My location is in my profile, I believe. I live on the "good" side of town, though...but that doesn't mean I don't go to school with all the garbage of the town every day.

He didn't disappear, he was "lynched" by a large group of black people...only he didn't survive. Nobody got jail time over it and they still haven't found his remains. That happened less than 10 minutes from here.

I would imagine that the attitude of people in general varies from location to location, not just black people. I'm not really trying to stir people up here either but I think it's ridiculous that people actually believe they deserve 2.5 years in prison and need to be made an example for something as petty as this. Yes, I do think it's petty since they apologized and the kid that got beat forgave them...IMO that's almost as far as this needs to be taken - especially since the kid forgave them. He's the fucker that got beat, not the judge. 2.5 years in prison is utterly ridiculous considering the circumstances.

To all you half breeds calling me ignorant or retarded, you should take a closer look at yourself before you go spouting off your mouth to somebody about being ignorant. Judging by the spelling and grammar used in some of your posts...most of you would be hypocritical to call me ignorant. So lay the ---- off.
